Ingredients:

  • 1 cup chickpeas
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

Directions:

  1. Mash chickpeas, mix everything else, make 4 cutlets, bake at 375 for 20 minutes.
