Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Saute onions,celery and garlic in part olive oil-canola oil(1/4cup, in large soup pot,saute chicken pieces separately till no pink shows and add to pot ,add the carrots,seasonings,broth,beans,
  2. Stir and simmer for a few hours,add spinach(torn),and wild rice simmer another 15 miutes till spinach is just wilted,
  3. You can add the shrimp then if desired -kielbasa can be added with the chickenladle into soup bowls and enjoy!
  4. I am a throw in: cook, so i may add more seasonings ,more broth .or more rice if needed. .
