Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. First off chop the chicken , onion and peppers into long thin strips
  2. Heat a large pan and add oil and fry the onion until it;s golden brown.
  3. Add the peppers and cook for about 15 minutes then add the chicken and sweet corn and cook for another 10 minutes.
  4. In another pan add the butter or ghee and fry the vermicelli till it's dark brown
  5. Note: you have to stir it constantly and be careful because it could burn easily ,.
  6. Cover the vermicelli with chicken stock and turn the heat down and let it cook for about 15 minutes or until it;s soft.
  7. Combine everything together in a large bowl .
  8. You can serve it hot or cold .
