Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Sautee the chicken with salt and pepper, set aside
  2. Boil the carrots and celery until soft, set aside
  3. Boil the chicken broth with the parsley flakes. When boiled, remove from heat. Add couscous, and top with chicken and veggies.
  4. Let sit, covered, for five minutes
  5. Mix and fluff with a fork, serve.
