Chicken Tortilla Soup

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Boil chicken about 20 minutes; or until meat pulls easily apart - shred and set aside
  2. Sautee onion and garlic in a large pot until transparent
  3. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, chilies, cilantro, cumin, and desired amount of chicken broth (I use about 1 full can)
  4. Simmer at least 1 1/2 hours for maximum flavor, but no less than 20 minutes
  5. Return Chicken and cook additional twenty minutes
  6. Serve hot with shredded cheese and tortilla chips!!
  7. Yummy - Enjoy!!
