Chicken Stroganoff

  1. Brown chicken strips in a deep skillet sprayed with non stick cooking spray.
  2. Add onions,garlic, mushrooms,chicken broth and stroganoff mix.
  3. Simmer on low for 30 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat, and mix in the sour cream.
  5. Fold in the cooked noodles and pour into caserole dish.
  6. Sprinkle french fried onions over the top.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes on 350 degrees F.
