Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 125 g chicken , breasts 90064
  • 103 g onion
  • 33 g carrot
  • 59 g mushrooms
  • 63 g broccoli
  • 61 g cabbage

Directions:

  1. Heat wok with a little olive oil
  2. Fry onion for 3 mins, add chicken and fry for 5 mins
  3. Add all other vegetables and cover for 10 mins.
  4. Add a stir fry sauce of your choice and simmer for 3 mins.
  5. Serve with rice
