Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Spray the crock pot with a little cooking spray.
  2. Layer carrots, potatoes, onion, mushrooms in crock pot.
  3. Season each layer with a little salt and pepper.
  4. Arrange the chicken on top of the veggies.
  5. Cover the chicken with the soup and spread evenly.
  6. Cook on high for about 3 hours.
  7. Stir and cook on low for another hour until chicken and potatoes are cooked through.
