Directions:

  1. Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat
  2. Place each chicken breast hald between 2 sheets of heavy-duty plastic wrap, pound to 1/2-inch thickness. Add chicken to pan, cook 4 minutes on each side or until done. Remove from pan.
  3. Add broth, wine, lemon juice and mushrooms to pan, reduce heat, and simmer 1 minute.
  4. Stir in capers. Spoon sauce over chicken.
  5. Serve over angel hair pasta.
