Ingredients:

  • 1 -1 1/2 lb chicken breast, cut into small pieces
  • 5 1/2 oz of dried spaghetti or 5 1/2 oz angel hair pasta
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh peas
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 4 tbsp cajun seasoning

Directions:

  1. Cook pasta according to manufacturer's package directions.
  2. After pasta is cooked - Slice off a piece of butter and put into a hot skillet.
  3. Add chicken to the skillet and cook chicken until golden brown, stirring frequently.
  4. Turn the heat up to high, add cooked pasta, peas and remaining butter.
  5. As soon as the butter is melted, add the Cajun Seasoning and stir to distribute completely.
  6. Cook for another minute or two and serve.
