Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Spray a large baking sheet w/Pam. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl or plastic bag.
  3. Dip chicken into beaten egg, then into dry ingredients and place on baking sheet.
  4. Drizzle with melted butter and bake for about 20 minutes or until done, turning about 1/2 way thru.
