Directions:

  1. Cook chicken in water, oj w/celery, onion, 1 apple, 1 tomato & salt; When chicken is cooked, de-bone and add chicken pieces back to soup.
  2. Add 1/3 c rice, the other apple and tomato & curry. Simmer covered 30 min.
