Chicken in Beer Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup beer
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 2 tbsp flour

Directions:

  1. Melt butter over medium heat.
  2. Saute chicken 8-10 minutes.
  3. Add beer , broth and seasoning.
  4. Mix well and cover, simmer 40-45 minutes.
  5. Remove chicken from skillet.
  6. Blend flour and butter add to pan stirring until sauce thickens.
  7. Pour over chicken.
