Ingredients:

  • 3 lbs cut up chicken pieces
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup yellow sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 dash salt

Directions:

  1. Wash chicken and pat dry.
  2. Place in a good size dish- I use my corning ware casserole dish or a roaster.
  3. Mix remaining ingredients until well blended.
  4. Pour the mixture over the chicken, and toss chicken to coat it well.
  5. Place in a 350 oven for 45 minutes to one hour.
  6. Make sure to baste the chicken while cooking.
  7. Brown chicken before serving.
  8. **Iserve this with a mixture of white and wild rice and baby carrots with dill.
