Pork Steak/Chop Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 oz dry onion soup mix (1 package)
  • 2 tbsp soya sauce ( adjust to taste)

Directions:

  1. Whisk all ingredients together.
  2. Place pork chops in the bottom of a baking dish.
  3. Pour sauce over pork.
  4. Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 60 minutes.
  5. Serve with rice.
