Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray baking dish with Pam.
  2. Pound chicken breast into a thin slab and place in baking dish. Slather with mustard to your taste and cover with one to two layers Swiss cheese.
  3. Cover dish with aluminum foil and bake in oven for 20 minutes. Remove foil and finish baking - 10 more minutes or until the cheese is melted.
  4. There! All done! Take a bow!
