  1. Cook bacon, hard boiled eggs and chicken. Tear lettuce and place in large salad bowl. Layer chicken, eggs, tomatoes, avocado, feta cheese, scallions and bacon on top of lettuce. Dress with your a creamy dressing. Poppyseed or Ranch work well. Toss just before serving
