Chicken & Broccoli Saucy Sue

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cups onion
  • 1/2 cups celery
  • 1/2 cups bell pepper
  • 3 tsp tapioca
  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • 1/10 cup garlic
  • 1 1/2 cups brocolli
  • 1 tbsp oil

Directions:

  1. Slice chicken finely and coat with seasoned tapioca
  2. Fry chicken & onion til browned
  3. Add celery, pepper, etc
  4. Add chicken stock
  5. Add brocolli
  6. Add milk
