  1. In a 3-quart saucepan combine rice mix, special seasonings, water, chicken, beans, tomatoes, green pepper, chili powder and cumin.
  2. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to low and simmer uncovered for 20 minutes stirring occasionally.
  3. Top with cheese sour cream and cilantro.
