Chicken and Pear Stir Fry

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Add to chicken stock the soy sauce, corn starch sambal oelek and pepper. Combine well and set aside.
  2. Peal pears and cut into bite size pieces.
  3. Slice chicken (breast of thigh meat) into strips.
  4. Heat oil in pan and stir fry chicken strips and minced garlic until chicken is no longer pink.
  5. Add soy mixture, pears and cilantro.
  6. Stir fry for another 3 minutes or until pears are hot and softened.
