Directions:

  1. Combine chicken broth, onion, garlic and simmer for 15 minutes
  2. Add rotel tomatos, green chillis, and rice
  3. Simmer for 15 minutes
  4. Add cooked chicken
  5. Simmer for another 10 minutes
  6. Serve in bowls and add cilantro,avocado and lime juice to taste in individual servings
