Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. On medium heat, cook chicken and garlic in a large pot in olive oil until cooked through.
  2. Stir in flour and mix well until flour is cooked into the chicken.
  3. Add rest of ingredients, except for the gnocchi.
  4. Allow to thicken on medium heat.
  5. Add gnocci (cooked according to package directions, unless it's homemade gnocci).
  6. Lower heat and allow soup to simmer until thickness preference!
