Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat 1/4 c chicken broth
  2. Add ginger and garlic, cook for 2 minutes stirring constantly
  3. Add remainder of chicken broth and simmer 3 minutes
  4. Add scallions, lemon juice, bok choy and tomato
  5. Simmer 3 minutes
  6. Add cooked chicken and cook til heated through
