Ingredients:

  • 3 tsp flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup carrot, cooked (you may substitute 1 small package. frozen peas & carrots if you wish, cooked)
  • 1 package biscuit

Directions:

  1. Saute onion in butter.
  2. Blend in flour& salt.
  3. Add broth.
  4. Cook& stir until thickened.
  5. Add chicken& vegetables.
  6. Heat until bubbling.
  7. Pour into casserole dish.
  8. Cut biscuits into fourths, and place on top of casserole.
  9. Bake at 425 for 8-10 minutes.
