Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Spray 8-inch square baking pan with baking spray.
  3. Beat butter and sugar in medium bowl until fluffy, beat in vanilla.
  4. Mix in flour, baking powder and oats until crumbly.
  5. Reserve 1/4 cup mixture; pat remaining mixture in bottom of prepared pan.
  6. Dot preserves over crumb crust in pan; sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture.
  7. Bake until brown; 30 to 40 minutes.
  8. Cool on wire rack.
  9. Cut into bars.
