Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. In large bowl combine butter and sugar
  3. Beat until fluffy
  4. Add eggs, orange juice and vanilla:
  5. Beat well to combine
  6. Add dry ingredients and mix well
  7. Stir in peacans and 1/3 cp cherries
  8. Cover dough and refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours
  9. Shape dough into balls using a level tbs of dough
  10. Roll each ball in crushed cornflakes and plsce on parchment lined cookie sheets
  11. Top each cookie with 1/2 cherry
  12. Bake at 375 fo 9-12 minutes untill light golden brown
  13. Let cool on cookie sheet for 4-5 minutes
  14. Remove to wire racks to cool completly
  15. Makes about 60 cookies
  16. These are so good you will probably want to make more. They go fast.
