Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. To prepare raspberry pulp, press raspberries through a sieve or food
  2. Mill to remove the seeds.
  3. Simmer cherries until tender then add berry pulp and sugar.
  4. Cook slowly until sugar dissolves, stirring occasionally. Increase heat and cook rapidly until thick, about 30 to 40 minutes.
  5. As mixture thickens, stir frequently to prevent sticking.
  6. Ladle into prepared jars leaving a 1/4 headspace.
  7. Process jars in a boiling water bath for 10 minutes. Adjust time according to your altitude.
