Cheesy Sausage and Rice

Ingredients:

  • 1 (16 oz) package ground pork breakfast sausage (i use the spicy however you can use whatever you want)
  • 1 (11 oz) can cream of chicken soup
  • 4 cups white rice
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (any kind of shredded cheese will work, i really like the jack cheese blend. -- )

Directions:

  1. Boil the rice.
  2. In the meantime, brown up the sausage, drain and add the can of cream of chicken.
  3. Put rice in a bowl scoop a spoonful or two of the sausage mixture over the rice.
  4. Add cheese to your desire!
  5. Eat!
