Cheesy Broccoli, Chicken, and Rice

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp. margerine
  • 1/2 cup. onion
  • 3/4 cup. celery
  • 3 cup. brocolli
  • 3/4 cup. 2% milk
  • 26 tsp. cheez whiz
  • 3 cup. white rice

Directions:

  1. Boil the chicken breasts and cut up into chunks.
  2. Saute' the onions and celery in the margerine.
  3. Add chopped broccoli and boiled, chopped chicken.
  4. Mix together milk, chicken soup, Cheez Whiz, and enough broth from boiling chicken to make it sloppy. Be sure there is adequate liquid for the rice.
  5. Combine the liquid ingredients with the chicken mix.
  6. Place rice in a deep casserole and pour the liquid mixture over it.
  7. Bake at 325-350 for 45 minutes to an hour.
