Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • 1 tsp grated lemon , rind of
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients until sugar is dissolved.
  2. Pour into 1-quart ice-cream freezer.
  3. Freeze according to manufacturer's directions.
