Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook ground beef until crumbles
  2. Add onion, carrots, celery and basil. Cook until vegetables are fork tender then drain.
  3. Stir in broth and potatoes. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 10-12 minutes until potatoes are tender.
  4. Melt butter in skillet. Add flour and stir until light brown. Add to meat mixture and simmer 6-8 minutes until thickened.
  5. Add in cheese, stirring until melted. Add milk, salt and pepper to taste. Heat but do not boil.
