Ingredients:

  • 1/2 lb butter
  • 1 tsp red pepper (scant)
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Cream butter and cheese. Add salt , pepper and flour.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Roll thin.
  4. Cut in desired shapes.
  5. Place on cookie sheet and bake in 425 degree oven until very light brown, about 8 to 10 minutes.
