Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 1/2 cups grits
  • 3/4 cup margarine

Directions:

  1. Beat and set aside eggs, seasoned salt, salt, Tabasco sauce and paprika.
  2. Cook grits in 6 c boiling water for 25 minutes.
  3. Add Velveeta cheese and margarine to cooked grits.
  4. Add egg mixture.
  5. Place in greased casserole dish and bake at 250 (yes that's two fifty) for one hour.
