Cheese Beer Biscuit Wrapped Cocktail Wieners

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine biscuit mix with cheese, salt, pepper and beer.
  2. Dough will be sticky.
  3. Turn out on floured surface and knead 2-3 minutes.
  4. Roll out 1/2 inch thick.
  5. Cut into squares.
  6. Wrap dough around uncooked cocktail wieners.
  7. Bake for 10 minutes at 400.
  8. Serve with mustard sauce.
  9. Make sauce by combining sugar, mustard, cornstarch, garlic powder and onion powder in saucepan.
  10. Cook on low heat until mixture combines about 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  11. Add in beer and vinegar.
  12. Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until thick and bubbly.
