  1. Mix all ingredients except nuts in food processer until smooth.
  2. Or, use hands to mix as you would meatloaf until well blended and smooth.
  3. Shape into two balls.
  4. Roll each ball in chopped nuts.
  5. Can serve immediately or refrigerate.
