Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In large bowl, beat eggs with milk.
  3. Stir in 2/3 cup of cheese, oats, bread crumbs, onion, and spices.
  4. Add meat and mix well.
  5. Scoop into loaf pan.
  6. In a small bowl, mix ketchup, brown sugar and mustard.
  7. Spoon over loaf.
  8. Bake 1 hour.
  9. Sprinkle remaining 1/3 cup cheese on top and return to oven until cheese is melted.
