Cheddar Ham And Chive Waffles

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix flour, salt and baking powder in large bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, thoroughly combine eggs, Ricotta, milk, butter and orange zest.
  3. Gently stir into flour mixture and fold in Cheddar, ham and chives.
  4. For each waffle, pour about 1/2 cup batter into preheated nonstick waffle iron.
  5. Bake about 3 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Repeat with remaining batter.
  7. Serve with warm orange marmalade or maple syrup.
