Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 then lightly grease a loaf pan.
  2. In large bowl combine flours, sugars, baking powder and salt then mix to combine well.
  3. Slowly add beer to dry ingredients and stir lightly until just combined and completely moistened.
  4. Add cheddar cheese and mix to combine then place into prepared loaf pan.
  5. Pour melted butter over the top then bake 45 minutes.
