Ingredients:

  • 3 oz walnuts (3/4 cup)
  • 1/2 large apple
  • 1/2 cup red wine , kosher
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp sugar

Directions:

  1. Mince the walnuts and the apple. (You can use the food processor for this.) Moisten with the kosher wine and flavor with cinnamon and sugar. The consistency should be that of mortar.
