  1. In a really large bowl combine all of the meatball Ingredients, mix well with your hands. Heat olive oil in a large frying pan. Make medium size meatballs and add them to the hot pan. You will need to make about 3 batches, the good thing about this is all the good stuff that's left on the pan will make the next batch taste even better. Fry the meatballs until fully cooked insided, you can test one by cutting it in half to make sure it's been cooked all the way through. Place cooked meatballs in a large serving dish and keep frying the rest until all done. In a blender combine all the sauce ingredients. blend til all ingredients come together. heat sauce in a large saucepan and serve over warm meatballs. Serve over white rice.
