Ingredients:

  • 1 pinch saffron
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 1/2 tbsp butter
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 1/2 cups bread flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp yeast

Directions:

  1. Heat milk with saffron in micro for 30 secs, or stovetop, until warm, then add to bread pan.
  2. Add remaining ingredients in order listed.
  3. Set timer for basic setting.
  4. Remove when done, cool on wire rack, and slice.
