Directions:

  1. Mince the jalapeno and ginger, then zest the lime and add to a saute' pan along with the sugar,orange juice,cornstarch,and cinnamon. Cook on medium heat until sugar is dissolved.Now turn heat to low and add the cranberries stirring frequently and cooking until most of them pop and the mixture is boiling up.Remove from heat, the mixture will thicken as it cools. Serve it warm or cold.
