Directions:

  1. Stir together first 5 ingredients and, if desired, parsley and oregano. Dip catfish in butter; dredge in breadcrumb mixture, and place on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
  2. Bake at 375° for 25 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork. Garnish, if desired.
