Directions:

  1. Chop catfish and crawfish in food processor.
  2. Add wine, parsley, lemon juice and salt then mix well.
  3. Add hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce then mix well.
  4. Add cream cheese and mix well.
  5. Refrigerate overnight in a mold then serve with crackers or on a bed of lettuce.
