Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 tbsp light cream
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

Directions:

  1. Mix flour, baking powder, salt, eggs, sugar, brown sugar, and cashews together.
  2. Turn mixture into a greased 9x9x2-inch pan.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes or until it springs back when poked.
  4. Topping: Mix butter, cream, cashews and brown sugar.
  5. Spread over hot baked mix.
  6. Cover completely.
  7. Place under a broiler for 1 minute until topping bubbles.
