Ingredients:

  • 1 (1 lb) package baby carrots, washed
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in saucepan.
  2. Add remaining ingredients.
  3. Cover and cook on medium low for 35-40 minutes, stirring twice.
