Directions:

  1. Peel and grate the carrots and apple.
  2. Place in a bowl.
  3. Mix the yogurt, honey and lemon juice.
  4. Add salt and pepper and mix with the carrots and apples.
  5. Chill in refrigerator.
  6. Serve.
