Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs carrots
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 4 tbsp flour
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Cook the carrots until tender.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a food processor.
  3. Pour into a greased pan.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
