Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown ground beef and drain fat.
  2. Add peppers and onions and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Add canned tomatoes, sauce and water.
  4. Add spices and a bit of the salt packet.
  5. Cook for 15 minutes.
  6. Add beans and mesa flower with water and cook until done.
  7. Serve with sour cream and grated cheese. Good with corn bread too.
