Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup walnuts or 1/2 cup pecans, chopped

Directions:

  1. Place carob chips and peanut butter in a small bowl and melt in microwave (or in a double boiler). Stir until evenly combined.
  2. Stir in nuts and quickly drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper.
  3. Let set until hard. Store in refrigerator.
